Something that has always attracted me to photography is the variety of shapes and colors in the world. This essay is inspired by that.
For the whole of my life, I have had the privilege of traveling to Nantucket, Mass., to visit family. While on the island, I spend most of my time just walking around. During the past five years, my camera began to accompany me on these walks.
From Children's Beach to downtown Main Street, I have documented the variety of textures you can find in those 48 square miles.
